Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Encina Wastewater Authority.

EWA uses a web-based procurement system hosted by PlanetBids.  Registration is required on the PlanetBids website in order to view open bid and contract opportunities available to consultants, service providers, contractors, vendors or suppliers (PlanetBids Vendor Portal). 

All contractors and vendors must complete this training prior to performing any work inside the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility (EWPCF) or any of its pump stations. This training is only valid for one year from the date of completion.
